A house is a construction

We help women who lead creative businesses give their work a lasting structure, one that can carry their savoir-faire, their vision, and their ambitions through time.

Artisans, designers, interior architects and creators of premium brands come to us with real talent and a genuine following. What they often lack is not skill, but architecture: a clear, coherent way of organising everything that makes their business work.

Built like a house

Every business is a construction. Some rest on remarkable craftsmanship, others on a strong vision or a distinctive identity. But to grow in a lasting way, every creative business needs balance, the same way a house needs sound foundations, a coherent structure, and a roof that holds.

That belief sits at the heart of everything we do.

Our proper Method : the Methode des 5M™️

We read every business through five dimensions:

  • your savoir-faire and your vision
  • your identity and your desirability
  • your business model and its sustainability
  • your clients, partners and network
  • what you build to last, and what you pass on

When these five dimensions move together, a business gains coherence, stability, and room to grow.

A path shaped by craft and by business

Fanny Delaporte trained as a leather artisan in Paris, at the Maison Tassin, before working in the ateliers of Dior, Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs, then at Hermès. She later travelled the world meeting artisans and entrepreneurs, from San Francisco to Australia and Switzerland, building a career at the crossing point of craft and enterprise.

This double path, matter and method, gave rise to a simple conviction: creative businesses rarely lack talent. They lack, more often, a clear architecture to reveal it fully.

How we work with you

  • Diagnostic of the 5 Houses™ — a first, complete reading of your business, to understand your balance and your priorities.
  • Foundations — building the essential pillars of your business, for those laying new ground.
  • Elevation — for established creative brands ready to strengthen their reach and their impact.
  • Atelier Innovation™ — coming soon, dedicated to innovation and the transmission of savoir-faire.

Each engagement begins with your story, not with a template.
